We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Storeperson / Driver to join our logistics team in Dandenong, Victoria. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, facilitating timely deliveries, and supporting overall supply chain activities, contributing to our commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and store incoming goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Prepare and load goods for delivery, ensuring all items are secure and accounted for.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stocktaking activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Forklift licence is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Must have a MR licence.
