Biloela Medical Centre, part of GP Collective, is seeking a caring and motivated Registered Nurse to join our general practice team.

About the role

You will work alongside our GPs and practice team to provide quality, patient-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:

- General practice nursing, including wound care and immunisations.

- Supporting chronic disease management and health assessments.

- Assisting GPs with procedures.

- Conducting patient observations and clinical assessments.

- Providing patient education and preventative health support.

- Maintaining accurate clinical records and infection control standards.

About you

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A commitment to compassionate,



patient-centred care.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- General practice nursing experience and familiarity with Best Practice software are desirable.
