It's a supportive, multidisciplinary group where your expertise will shape how the trial runs, and where learning and development are encouraged.
What you'll do
- Database leadership: Lead the build and ongoing maintenance of the PASSPORT OpenClinica database, including eCRF and eConsent design, testing and change control.
- Data quality: Monitor incoming trial data, resolve queries and discrepancies, and make sure data is complete, accurate and consistent.
- Data management documentation: Develop and maintain the Data Management Plan, SOPs, CRF guidelines and database manuals.
- Reporting: Prepare and review data reports and key trial metrics for trial monitoring,
governance and grant funding, and support datasets for investigators and statisticians.
- Training and support: Train and guide research staff at participating sites to support consistent, high-quality data collection.
What you'll bring
- Trial data management experience: You've set up data management processes and documentation for clinical trials.
- Database skills: You have experience developing and programming clinical trial databases, preferably using Open Clinica database, including eCRF design, to recognised data standards.
- Data quality expertise: You're confident managing, cleaning, validating and reporting clinical trial data, and you understand what data users need.
- Governance and GCP knowledge: You understand data governance for human health research, Good Clinical Practice, and the relevant privacy and research governance requirements.
- Problem-solving and motivation: You bring a positive, solutions-focused approach, advanced Microsoft Office skills and relevant tertiary qualifications.
