This is a production role involving the operation of machinery and production equipment, as well as manufacturing, assembly, packing, and dispatch of products.
Key responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with the manufacturing, assembly, packing, and dispatch of products
- Load and unload materials and finished goods
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Perform manual handling and lifting duties as required
- Support team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
- Report machine faults, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly
About you
- Previous factory, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and lift up to 30kg
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable transport and punctual attendance
- Good communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- Attend work reliably and punctually
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Maintain a high standard of safety awareness at all times
