Team Global Express is seeking two reliable, experienced and safety-focused drivers to join our Mackay team on a Permanent Full time basis.

We have two exciting opportunities available:

- 1 x HR Driver – $34.00 per hour | 9:00 AM start

- 1 x MC Driver – $37.00 per hour | 7:00 AM start

Both positions offer a Monday to Friday roster, local deliveries and pickups across Mackay and the surrounding region, and the opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading transport and logistics businesses.

You'll operate a range of vehicles, including flat deck, tautliner and tailgate trucks, as required for your role, while ensuring freight is transported safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

- Safely operate HR or MC vehicles, depending on your licence and allocated role.

- Complete local deliveries and pickups in accordance with daily schedules.

- Operate flat deck, tautliner and tailgate trucks as required.

- Load, unload and secure freight using appropriate load restraint equipment, including straps and chains.

- Safely operate tailgate equipment when required.

- Conduct daily vehicle pre-start inspections and promptly report defects.

- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), road transport legislation and company procedures.

- Complete delivery documentation accurately and on time.

- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Team Global Express professionally.

- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including hazard, near-miss and incident reporting.

What You'll Bring

- Current and valid HR Driver Licence for the HR position.





- Current and valid MC Driver Licence for the MC position.

- Previous experience operating heavy vehicles, preferably flat deck, tautliner or tailgate trucks.

- Strong knowledge of load restraint requirements and safe freight handling practices.

- A safety-first mindset and commitment to compliance.

- Good time management and organisational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

- Full Australian working rights.
