Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be the commercial lead for Plum Play Australia, owning the sales strategy and results across all channels. This is a broad, visible role where your decisions shape every part of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Owning and delivering the annual sales budget and longer-term growth plan
- Setting pricing and promotional strategy across channels
- Growing key retail accounts in Australia and New Zealand, and winning new business
- Driving range planning and new product opportunities
- Leading and developing the Sales team
- Occasional travel locally and internationally
About you
- A proven track record of growing revenue and managing key retail accounts
- Experience leading and motivating a team
- Solid commercial acumen across pricing, promotions and margin
- Exceptional presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence with data, Microsoft Office and AI tools
- A practical, roll up your sleeves attitude and the ability to work at every level of the business
- Experience in toys,
sporting and/or consumer goods
- Exposure to online marketplaces and ecommerce
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or a related field
