The successful candidate will be working closely with our qualified Service Technicians while also completing a TAFE course. The ideal candidate will possess the right technical abilities as well as the interpersonal skills to create solid relationships, adding value to our existing customers whilst ensuring the highest level of quality and service is provided.
Skills and experience
To be considered successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Currently or about to start a HVAC Tafe course
- Some knowledgeable across all aspects of the Refrigeration and HVAC field
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- A construction white card
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
