The role

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to plan and run our marketing and build the TGI Cargo brand. You'll report to our Business Manager and give our CEO a monthly marketing report. You'll also direct our external graphic design consultant, so the posts and designs we publish are built the way you've briefed them.

What you'll do

· Plan, develop and organise advertising campaigns that support our business goals

· Research the market, our clients and our competitors, and interpret trends we should act on

· Advise our executives on marketing strategy, pricing, promotions and how to reach our target markets

· Create, schedule and publish content on social media, our blog and our website

· Brief and direct our graphic design consultant,



and review their designs before they are published

· Analyse website, search and campaign data, and recommend improvements

· Identify leads generated by your marketing work, present them to the business and track where each one came from

· Deliver a monthly marketing report with results, leads and recommendations

What you'll bring

· A Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or relevant experience)

· Proven marketing experience, including market research and data analysis

· A valuable understanding of digital marketing, social media and search engine performance

· Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

· A base understanding of freight and logistics (we'll teach you the rest)

· A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required

Salary and benefits

· Base salary of $120,000 to $125,000 per year, excluding super - depending on experience

· $15,000 per year car allowance

· Wellness benefit of up to $150 per fortnight
