As part of this specialized Customer Care team your role if to create a positive and empathetic experience for the customers and providing the very best care at all times. This is mainly a face to face role however there will be calls and emails to be managed on a day to day basis.

Our Client is based in Springvale and is seeking a candidate that will greet customers on a face to face basis and apply a warm and consultative approach at all times.

You will manage a broad range of enquiries that range from memorial information to supporting families during highly sensitive and emotional times. This will require the successful candidate to be emotionally aware and empathetic at all times.



You role is quite varied and ranges from assisting the public and visitors to the site, driving to particular sites that clients are interested in purchasing to tailoring recommendations to customers needs.

You are provided with the very best training and onboarding to be successful in this role and team.

Its is an incredibly rewarding role because you are making a positive impact in the process of ones celebrating life.

We are seeking candidates that have previous experience dealing with sensitive customer service and providing high levels of service and support.

You will need a drivers licence and complete back ground check that involve a police check will be completed.
