About the Role

We're seeking motivated individuals to join SIXT as Customer Experience Agents, playing an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and supporting daily branch operations.

You'll be the friendly face of SIXT, assisting customers with their rental needs, recommending suitable products and services, and ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and positive rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly, professional and exceptional customer service throughout the rental experience.

- Manage bookings, rental agreements, vehicle collections, returns and customer enquiries.

- Identify customer needs and confidently promote vehicle upgrades, protection options and additional rental products.





- Work towards achieving individual and branch sales and customer service targets.

- Explain rental terms, conditions and vehicle features clearly to customers.

- Process payments, complete rental documentation and maintain accurate records.

- Assist with vehicle inspections, documenting existing damage and completing vehicle handovers.

- Support daily branch operations, fleet coordination and vehicle movements when required.

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.

- Maintain a clean, safe and organised branch environment.

- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth branch operations and a positive customer experience.

What Do We Need From You?

We're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- A passion for customer service and sales, with the motivation to achieve targets and earn incentives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident approach.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

- Good computer skills and confidence in learning new systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.





- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales (preferred but not essential).

- A current, unrestricted full Australian driver's licence.

- Full working rights in Australia.

- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.

- Willingness to support nearby branches when operationally required.
