Little Lane Early Learning Centre operates within The Avenues Group who currently operate 26 High Quality Early Learning Centres across Brisbane, Melbourne & Sydney. We currently have 11 Little Lane Early Learning Centres, with plans for expansion in the coming months.

The role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR qualified to facilitate the running of Human Resources in our VIC and NSW centres. You will be the first point of call to provide advice and guidence for our Victorian management team and will be the primary person in charge of the running of all areas of HR for Little Lane ELC. You will also be responsible for directly managing the HR admin in Victoria.





In this role you will report directly to the HR Manager based interstate, so this role requires someone who is self motivated and able to work autonomously. Full training will be provided.

This role would be perfect for someone with 2-3 years experience in the HR field! This is a full-time role and requires 5 day availibility. Those with experience in ECE management, looking for a career change are highly encouraged to apply.

About you

- Demonstrated experience in HR or ECE

- Tertiary studies in HR or related field

- Current Working with Children Check (VIC) or the ability to apply

- High attention to detail

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to use initiative and work autonomously

- Ability to multi-task and manage work priorities

- VIC Drivers License + will need to have own car! (vehicle allowance will be paid above salary)
