Key responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Senior Advisor and front-line Manager
- Coach and develop a team of Service Advisors to hit performance targets
- Deliver exceptional service experiences that keep customers coming back
- Drive results by exceeding internal KPIs and manufacturer benchmarks
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, even under pressure
- Maintain exceptional time management, organisation, and conflict resolution skills
