We're currently working with established Melbourne accounting firms looking for experienced Assistant Managers and Managers to take on greater responsibility, manage client relationships and continue developing their careers.

The Opportunities

We're representing a range of well-established Melbourne public practice firms, offering opportunities across boutique, mid-tier and larger international networks.

Depending on the opportunity, you could be working with:

- Privately owned businesses, SMEs, high-net-worth individuals and larger corporate groups, including businesses with turnovers exceeding $100 million.





- Clients across industries including hospitality, property, professional services and international business.

- Established teams with access to strong technical resources and global networks.

- A mix of tax compliance, advisory and complex business matters.

- Collaborative environments where you'll work closely with Partners, manage client relationships and play an active role in developing the wider team.

About You

- 5+ years' experience in Australian public practice, ideally at Senior Accountant, Assistant Manager or Manager level.

- CA/CPA qualified.

- Strong tax and accounting knowledge, with experience managing or reviewing client work.

- Confident communicating with clients and working alongside Partners.

- Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior accountants.

- Exposure to complex tax matters, including Division 7A, CGT, FBT and business advisory.

- Looking to take on greater responsibility and continue developing technically and commercially.
