The Role
This is a pivotal role supporting the Home Loan and Commercial Finance Broker Team as the loan processor and broker assistant. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting the finance broker compile lending applications.
After a period of Training
- Completing the Client Needs Analysis from information gathered from clients.
- Completing borrowing capacity assessments and research.
- Ordering valuations and request pricing (where necessary).
- Preparing compliance documents for the finance brokers' review.
- Communicating with clients and third parties as required
- Helping the finance broker with their loan notes and file notes before processing the application.
- Other facets of the lending process as needed to help the finance broker.
- This is a part-time / casual position based in Townsville.
