We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our client's Geelong branch, reporting directly to the State Business Manager.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday opportunity where you will take ownership of the branch's overall performance, driving profitable growth across sales, customer service, warehousing and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of branch P&L; and drive profitable growth across customers, products, pricing and sales performance.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across sales, customer service, warehousing, transport and operations.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory management, logistics and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors and project partners to drive customer satisfaction, retention and business growth.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, wages, stock availability, inventory turnover and overall cost control.
- Promote a strong safety culture and maintain high HSEQ standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across customer experience, productivity and overall branch performance.

Skills & Experience

- Proven leadership experience within the infrastructure,



construction or a related industry.
- Solid commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L;, budgets, forecasting and overall business performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor and develop high-performing sales and operations teams.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety and maintaining a compliant working environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence using CRM and business management systems. Experience with Salesforce and SAP will be highly regarded.
