Pet Circle is seeking a dedicated Customer Specialist to support customers across Australia, Current Zealand and the Philippines from a home office. You will handle phone, live chat and email inquiries in a fast-paced environment, delivering helpful, timely resolutions and building lasting relationships with pet parents.
You’ll work a 38-hour week on a rotating roster, joining a remote, autonomous team with strong emphasis on continuous improvement, training, and delivering high CSAT and NPS scores.
