Join the team at Bellview Motel Narrabri as our new Motel Manager. In this full time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the motel's operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Based in Narrabri, NSW, this position plays a crucial part in the motel's success and allows you to put your hospitality expertise into practice.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the motel, including reception (Guestpoint POS), housekeeping, and maintenance (General, Pool & Yard)
- Oversee staffing (Housekeepers), training, and performance management to build a high-performing team
- Manage budgets and inventory control (Linen outsourced)
- Foster positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the motel and the Bellview Motel Narrabri brand
What we're looking for
- Pervious experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Strong financial management and budgeting abilities
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance, and best practices
