Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team. You will work closely with the Head Chef, leading the kitchen brigade, delivering high-quality dishes across La Boca Restaurant & Bar, banquets, Room Service and other outlets.
This hands-on role focuses on food quality, presentation, consistency, and cost control while ensuring top hygiene standards and a safe kitchen setting. Experience with charcoal or wood-fire cooking is highly regarded.
