Job Description

CMc Markets is a leading global provider of CFD trading and share investing. We are requesting an experienced Business Analyst for an 18 Month Max Term Contract. As a Business Analyst, you’ll support project and product delivery within the ANZ Programme, working with stakeholders across the business, external vendors, and partners. You’ll play a key role in scoping requirements, documenting solutions, and collaborating with agile development teams to deliver impactful changes.

Position responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workflow and process analysis to elicit and document clear, concise business and functional requirements.
- Create and help manage a backlog of epics and user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria.
- Produce mock-ups and partner with development teams to design effective, achievable solutions.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing across all CMC offices.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and communicate changes to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present demos and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Product team and broader organisation.
- Lead and/or support all phases of the project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery and post-implementation review.

Required qualifications and experience:

- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- BA tools and techniques e.g. Jira, Confluence, process modelling, wireframing, data analysis, Visio/Miro.
- Technical knowledge e.g. API documentation,



SQL, data management, web and mobile apps.
- Experience delivering operational efficiency projects for customer service functions.
- Experience implementing new Wealth Management product offerings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Contract type: 18 Month Max Term Contract (Full time / Permanent). Working hours: 38 hours per week. Location: Hybrid – Sydney or Melbourne.
