Equinix is seeking two Lead Critical Facilities Engineers for our Australian hyperscale site in Sydney. You will own shift operations, mentor junior engineers and ensure safety and operational excellence in a 24/7 setting.
Reporting to the SY9 leadership, you will coordinate with vendors, maintain critical infrastructure systems (UPS, AHU, Chillers), and contribute to site reliability, incident response and continuous improvement through the Global Ops Academy.
