Are you an experienced Pick/Packer looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established retail distribution business?
We're looking for energetic, reliable and hardworking Pick/Packers to join a busy, fast-paced and automated warehouse environment.
This is not just another short-term warehouse job. These positions are designed to transition into permanent roles after 3 months for the right people, with genuine opportunities to grow and progress within the large retail business.
What you'll be doing:
- Picking and packing retail products in a rapid-paced, automated warehouse
- Using an RF Scanner to accurately pick and process orders
- Meeting high daily KPIs and productivity targets
- Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently
- Working as part of a positive, energetic warehouse team
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
What we're looking for:
To be successful, you MUST have:
- Minimum 1 year of continuous Pick/Packing experience with the same employer - MUST
- Previous experience using an RF Scanner is essential
- A strong understanding of warehouse picking and packing processes
- A LOT of walking
- Proven ability to consistently meet high KPIs
- Excellent reliability and attendance
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional references will be checked

Due to the high-volume and KPI-driven nature of the warehouse, previous RF Scanner experience and a minimum of 1 year of continuous Pick/Packing experience with one employer are essential.
