As a local Home Care and NDIS provider, our services range from personal care, help around the home, meal preparation, transport and social support through to nursing, allied health, respite and complex care. About The Role

We’re looking for casual Personal Care Assistants across Penrith and surrounding areas, with immediate starts available.

Working one-on-one with our aged care and NDIS clients in their own homes, you’ll provide practical, everyday support that helps them live safely, independently and with dignity. Every client is different, so your day may include:

- Providing personal care, including showering, dressing and toileting
- Helping with everyday tasks around the home, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Supporting mobility, meals and medication where required
- Providing transport to appointments, shopping and community activities
- Offering companionship, social support and genuine connection




- Following each client’s individual care or support plan
- Keeping an eye out for changes in a client’s wellbeing and communicating any concerns to the wider care team

This is a community-based role where you’ll work independently in clients’ homes, while being connected to the wider 365 Care team. You’ll need to be comfortable travelling up to 30 minutes from your home to support clients across the local area.

About You

You're a qualified Personal Care Worker!

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys supporting people and understands that valuable care is about more than getting through a list of tasks. You’re caring, reliable and respectful, comfortable working independently in the community, and take the time to understand what matters to each person you support.

You must have:

- Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- CPR and First Aid Certificates
- A NSW Driver Licence
- Medication training/competency
- Access to your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance
- Australian working rights
