The Chance:

Our Storage Consultants work closely with customers to provide tailored storage solutions that make a real difference for our customers. Whether they are moving into a dream home, expanding a business, or adapting to unexpected changes, you will provide a truly helpful, human experience for customers as they navigate life transitions.

Alongside excellent customer service, this role will see you balancing administration and hands-on operational maintenance for the centre.

This role offers the unique benefit of working across our Kedron and Alderley centres, giving you the variety to keep your days fresh, collaborate with the wider team, and expand your impact across multiple centres.

Enjoy a balanced schedule with our steady two-week rotating roster:
Week 1:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Saturday and Sunday rostered days off).
Week 2:




Monday to Saturday rotation (Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm), with mid-week and Sunday rostered days off.

A Day in the Life:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and solving unique storage challenges.
- Lead tailored facility tours for prospective customers, highlighting our storage offerings, amenities, and value to drive membership or lease conversions.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to operational tasks, including daily facility cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment across the centre.
- Manage end-to-end administration, including processing customer contracts, tracking stock and inventory, and coordinating insurance claims.
- Drive centre performance against KPIs and operational metrics while maintaining a high-quality presentation.
- Ensure continuous compliance with all Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation and site security policies.

What you Bring to the Team:

- A full, unrestricted driver’s licence and accessible car (required).
- Effective communication skills with the natural ability to connect easily with customers and collaborate with team members
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.




- The ability to drive customer success and achieve sales targets & KPIs.
- Proficiency in using technology and multitasking between different systems.
- A motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with the willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- The ability to excel in both team-led and self-directed work environments.
