Working primarily across dinner service and bar operations, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, solid waiting skills and confidence behind the bar.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering friendly, attentive and professional table service.
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently.
- Supporting bar operations and preparing and serving drinks.
- Sharing knowledge of our menu, wines and beverage offerings with guests.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant and bar.
