About the role
You’ll help keep our beverage station running smoothly and deliver consistently high-quality drinks and friendly service. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing espresso coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cold beverages using our recipes and presentation standards.
Adjusting the coffee grind, dose and extraction to achieve a consistent, quality pour.
Welcoming customers, taking orders accurately and processing payments.
Keeping equipment, workstations and service areas clean, organised and stocked.
Completing opening and closing routines and daily checklists.
Monitoring ingredient quality, replenishing supplies and following stock ordering procedures.
Following food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
Helping new team members learn our equipment, recipes and service standards as required.
About you
You’ll bring:
Barista experience and confidence using an espresso machine and grinder.
A passion for quality coffee and attention to detail.
A friendly manner and strong customer service skills.
The ability to stay organised and work efficiently during busy periods.
Reliability, initiative and a willingness to support your teammates.
