Every container that moves through our depot passes through you first. As PM Controller, you’re the control point for the depot: coordinating truck movements, managing container transactions and keeping the flow of freight running smoothly and safely.
It’s a role for someone who likes pace and precision. You’ll work within a small, close-knit team and be the main point of contact for drivers, customers and operational staff, so your decisions and communication directly shape how well the depot performs each day.
What you’ll do
- Process inbound and outbound trucks and containers quickly and accurately
- Record container and vehicle movements in Containerchain, keeping our data clean and reliable
- Manage release information and customer data
- Work with yard operations to keep truck turnaround times tight
- Stay connected with drivers and operational staff via two-way radio
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Identify and report rejected containers to Operations
