As Product Manager - Member Data Product Portfolio, you will lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Rest’s member data and AI-enabled Business Insights products. You’ll lead a team of technical and analytical specialists, turning trusted member data into scalable, governed and actionable insights. Working across business, data and technology teams, you’ll drive product adoption and progressively shift insight delivery from manual reporting towards AI-enabled,
self-service experiences.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for Rest’s member data and AI-enabled Business Insights portfolio.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design through to delivery, adoption, continuous improvement and value realisation.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of technical and analytical specialists, establishing clear priorities, ownership and accountability.
- Partner across business, data and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable, governed data and insights products.
- Drive the evolution of member insights through self-service analytics, automation and emerging AI capabilities, improving how data is accessed and used across Rest.
