12-Month Fixed Term | Canberra | Baseline Clearance

Are you a Baseline-cleared HR skilled who knows how to confidently navigate complex employee relations matters? We're partnering with a high-profile organisation operating in a highly regulated, secure environment to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner for an initial 12-month opportunity. This is a hands-on partnering role where you'll work closely with leaders to provide practical, commercially-minded HR advice across the employee life cycle, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.

What we're looking forYou will bring:

- Strong, demonstrated 3 years of Employee Relations experience – essential
- Experience managing performance, disciplinary, grievance, workplace and conflict resolution matters




- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and workplace relations legislation
- Confidence in coaching and advising leaders on sensitive people matters
- Broader HR Business Partner / HR generalist capability
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
- A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- Current Baseline security clearance
- Must be available to work 5 days on site
