Six-month contract | Hybrid | Melbourne or Sydney | ASAP start

Saltus Group is seeking a hands-on sales operations professional to support reporting, reconciliations and sales administration across ANZ.

Working closely with Finance and sales stakeholders, you'll help maintain accurate bookings data, resolve discrepancies and deliver reliable reporting. Despite the Senior Manager title, this role focuses on operational delivery, and people management experience is not required.

What you'll do

- Reconcile sales, bookings and financial data across Salesforce, SAP and BPC, or similar systems.
- Prepare monthly order intake, bookings and sales performance reports.
- Investigate discrepancies and work with Finance to resolve issues.
- Support sales targets, territories, account allocation and commission processes.
- Identify practical ways to simplify reporting and manual activities.

What you'll bring

- Strong sales or commercial operations experience in a large enterprise.
- Hands-on experience reconciling sales, bookings or financial data across Salesforce, SAP and BPC,



or comparable systems
- Advanced Excel skills and experience analysing and reconciling data across multiple systems.
- Experience with monthly sales reporting and target, territory or sales compensation administration.
- A collaborative approach, strong attention to detail and confidence managing recurring deadlines.
- The ability to quickly learn existing processes and work independently.

Power BI, commission processing, process automation, and technology or professional services experience will be highly regarded.

Contract details

- Six months, with potential extension subject to business needs.
- Hybrid working, with Melbourne preferred; Sydney candidates also considered.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights and standard pre-employment screening, including a police check.
- Availability over Christmas and Recent Year is essential, excluding public holidays.
