TRS Resourcing is growing its presence in Victoria’s mining sector. We are currently seeking experienced Underground Service Crew personnel for gold mining opportunities across the Bendigo region.

These positions offer a 7/7 roster with rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, with employment through TRS Resourcing’s recruitment team.

About the role

Working alongside underground development and production crews, you will install, maintain and repair the essential services that keep the operation running safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing and maintaining underground water, compressed air, ventilation and pumping services
- Assisting with the installation and removal of electrical and communications equipment
- Completing cable bolt plating and tensioning
- Watering and scaling development and production areas
- Operating Integrated Tool Carriers and light vehicles
- Supporting other underground crews where trained and competent
- Inspecting work areas, identifying hazards and maintaining site safety standards

What you’ll bring

- Previous underground mining experience in a Service Crew role
- Practical experience installing and maintaining underground services
- Relevant light vehicle and Integrated Tool Carrier tickets or verified competencies
- A current manual driver’s licence
- Australian working rights
- A strong commitment to safety,



reliability and teamwork
- Availability to work a rotating 7/7 day and night roster
- Willingness to complete the required pre-employment assessments and checks
