On Track Recruitment is seeking an experienced Final Trim Operator to join a well-established, family-owned civil construction company with over 50 years of experience across Western Australia.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering consistent Perth-based work across a variety of civil construction projects, including subdivisions, roadworks, residential and commercial developments, carparks and infrastructure works.

We're looking for someone who knows their way around a loader or Bobcat and can confidently achieve accurate levels, gradients and a quality finish.

About the role:

- Operating loaders and/or Bobcats to complete precision final trim works
- Trimming and levelling surfaces to required specifications
- Working across subdivisions, roadworks,



building pads and general civil projects
- Achieving accurate levels and gradients while maintaining a high-quality finish
- Working alongside civil crews to deliver projects safely and efficiently

What we're looking for:

- Proven hands-on final trim experience within civil construction
- Loader final trim experience highly preferred, although experienced Bobcat/skid steer operators will also be considered
- Ideally 4–5 years of relevant operating experience
- Ability to confidently trim to levels by eye
- GPS machine control or laser levelling experience advantageous but not essential
- Experience across subdivisions, roadworks or earthworks projects
- Relevant machinery tickets and VOCs
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Please note: This position requires demonstrated final trim experience. General loader or Bobcat operating experience alone will not be sufficient.
