About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Podiatrist for a permanent community role in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, working across a mixed referral caseload. You will provide podiatry care to clients in the community, including general skin and nail care, wound prevention and management, biomechanical assessment and diabetic foot care. Most referrals come through Home Care Packages, with others from NDIS and private clients. You will work alongside highly qualified therapists in a collaborative team and can build your caseload close to home for a genuine work-life balance.

- Provide general skin and nail care and wound prevention and management
- Complete biomechanical assessments and prescribe orthotics
- Assess and manage diabetic foot and lower limb health
- Manage a mixed referral caseload, mainly Home Care Packages, with some NDIS and private clients
- Educate clients and carers on foot health
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, case managers and referrers

About You:

- Qualification in Podiatry
- Full AHPRA registration
- At least 1 year of experience
- Passion for high-quality, person-centred care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently
- Police Check, Level 2 First Aid, professional indemnity insurance, and flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
