About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist for a permanent community role on the Mornington Peninsula, VIC, working across a mixed referral caseload. You will treat clients in the community with a range of acute and chronic conditions, including orthopaedic, neurological and cardio-respiratory presentations. Most referrals come through Home Care Packages, with others from NDIS, private and rehabilitation programs. You will work alongside highly qualified therapists in a collaborative team and can build your caseload close to home for a genuine work-life balance.

- Assess and treat community clients with orthopaedic, neurological and cardio-respiratory conditions
- Manage a mixed referral caseload, mainly Home Care Packages, with some NDIS and private clients
- Develop individualised, goal-focused rehabilitation plans
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, case managers and referrers
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports

About You:

- Qualification in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- At least 1 year of experience
- Passion for high-quality, person-centred care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently
- Police Check, Level 2 First Aid, professional indemnity insurance, and flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
