Working alongside the Manager, you will coordinate clinical care, support the care team and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality,



person-centred care.

Your responsibilities will include clinical assessments, care planning, supporting staff, maintaining compliance and promoting positive resident outcomes.

About you:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in residential aged care, preferably in a clinical role
- Strong clinical leadership and communication skills
- Sound understanding of aged care standards and legislation
- A passion for quality, person-centred care
- An interest in relocating to a beautiful coastal community
