Are you a skilled Motor Rewinder in Current Zealand looking to earn more and make the move to sunny Queensland?

We’re recruiting for two companies in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, offering great locations, stable ongoing work and relocation packages to help the right candidates make the move.

How do Australian super and overtime compare with NZ?
Superannuation: Australia’s compulsory employer super contribution is 12% of eligible earnings, compared with New Zealand’s standard 3.5% employer KiwiSaver contribution, subject to eligibility and exceptions. Super is paid into your retirement fund,



helping you build savings for the future. Confirm whether the quoted hourly rate is plus super when discussing your offer.
Overtime: Australian awards and enterprise agreements commonly provide higher rates for eligible overtime, potentially including time-and-a-half or double time. Your exact entitlement depends on the applicable award or agreement and employment terms. In New Zealand, overtime pay is determined by your employment agreement and may be paid at your normal hourly rate.

Experienced Motor Rewinders with skills in electric motor rewinding, repairs, testing and fault finding, a commitment to quality workmanship, and an interest in building a future in Queensland.
