What you’ll be doing:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team to build a positive, motivated and high-performing culture.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience by building genuine connections, understanding customer needs and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand.
- Driving sales performance and working towards key targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximise results and improve the overall performance of the business.
- Taking ownership of daily operations, from team coordination and rostering through to stock management, visual presentation and maintaining high store standards.
- Creating an inviting, well-presented retail environment that brings the brand to life and encourages customers to return.
- Building strong relationships with customers and team members while setting the standard for service,



professionalism and accountability.
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, streamline processes and contribute fresh ideas that support the continued success of the business.

What we’re looking for:

We’re interested in retail leaders who bring energy, initiative and a genuine passion for what they do. You’ll be confident leading a team, comfortable taking ownership and motivated by the chance to make a meaningful contribution to the success of a business.

You’ll have a strong understanding of customer service and retail sales, with the ability to engage customers, build relationships and create experiences that set a business apart. Commercially minded and results-driven, you’ll understand the importance of sales targets, team productivity and operational standards, while knowing that a successful store starts with a supported and engaged team.

Just as importantly, you’ll be hands-on, adaptable and willing to get involved wherever needed. You’ll enjoy developing people, solving problems and bringing a positive presence to the shop floor, with the confidence to make decisions and the initiative to keep things moving.

Previous experience in a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Showroom Manager or similar retail leadership position will be highly regarded. We’re open to candidates from a range of retail backgrounds who can demonstrate strong leadership, sound commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
