We are representing our client in the recruitment of an OSHC Coordinator based near Guildford.
As the OSHC Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a 100-place service, providing high-quality before and after school care that supports children’s wellbeing, learning, and development. You’ll be supported by two full-time 2ICs and a tight knit team who are passionate about professional growth, compliance, and creating a fun, engaging environment for children and educators alike. You'll also have the option of working some block shifts, offering greater flexibility in your weekly routine.

- Salary: $47–$52 per hour + superannuation
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday to Friday)
- Hours: Split shifts with the option of two block shifts a week

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the OSHC program
- Work collaboratively with two Assistant Coordinators to support educators and ensure smooth service operations
- Mentor and develop your team,
fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Develop and implement engaging, child-led programs aligned with the service philosophy
- Maintain compliance with the NQF, NQS and organisational policies
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the school community
What You'll Need
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Previous experience in an OSHC leadership or senior educator role
- Strong understanding of the My Time, Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and Anaphylaxis training
