We are recruiting for an experienced Practice Nurse to join an established medical clinic in Clayfield, Brisbane.

The Role

- Based in Clayfield, Brisbane
- Work alongside an experienced team of GPs and practice staff
- Varied general practice nursing duties
- Support doctors with day-to-day clinical requirements
- Provide high-quality patient care
- Work within a supportive and collaborative team environment

About You
We are looking for a confident and experienced Registered Nurse with previous general practice nursing experience (essential).

You will ideally have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience working within general practice/primary healthcare - essential




- Experience with immunisations and vaccinations
- Chronic disease management experience
- Wound care and health assessments
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Australian working rights
