OSOS Alliance is currently seeking 2 experienced Project Coordinators to join our client's team, supporting the delivery of a recent telecommunications program.

This is an excellent opportunity for organised and proactive individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced project environment, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play an integral role in coordinating telecommunications projects, managing subcontractor activities and ensuring project milestones, deliverables and reporting requirements are achieved.

You will work closely with subcontractors, field managers, supervisors and internal project teams to support the successful delivery of works across the program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Manage and update project information using internal work management systems.
- Issue work orders and coordinate activities across subcontractor teams.
- Liaise daily with subcontractors, field managers and supervisors to monitor project progress.
- Review project scopes and develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Process subcontractor deliverables and review claims.
- Prepare and submit project completion documentation through the NBN portal in accordance with required SLAs.
- Identify and resolve project issues, escalating where necessary.
- Coordinate field-related issues, scope changes, design changes and project variations.
- Monitor project KPIs,



delays and extensions of time.
- Identify material requirements to support project delivery.
- Prepare project status reports, subcontractor schedules and regular updates for project management.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in project coordination, project administration or a similar role.
- Experience within telecommunications, infrastructure, engineering or a related project environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and monitoring project deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project records and reporting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving project-related issues.
- Confidence using project management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

A degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related discipline would be highly regarded but is not essential.

Candidates with varying levels of project coordination experience are encouraged to apply.
