Your Role
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects as part of a team that is results focused, highly skilled and willing to deliver excellent client experience.

Our team in VIC works on a range of projects including, schools, pavilions,



residential building and commercial projects. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from concept design, detailed design and through to construction. Helping resolving design constraints, coordinating projects and interfacing with different disciplines

You’ll:

- Design, coordinate and project management from feasibility through to construction
- Coordinate between disciplines on multidiscipline teams
- Prepare technical reports and specifications
- Provide technical expertise
- Project manage/site superintendent (when required)
- Manage and maintain client relationships
- Civil engineering design and documentation

What You’ll Bring

- 6 -12 years’ experience as a civil engineer (Buildings space preferably)
- Have or be working towards your CPEng
- Experience with buildings and recreational sites like parks, etc.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including report writing
- Business development acumen
- Team mentorship
- Contracts administration
- The ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
