Noverity Recruitment is currently partnering with an established residential aged care provider to recruit two experienced Facility Managers for well-established, smaller residential aged care homes across Melbourne's north-eastern and eastern suburbs.

These are fantastic opportunities for passionate, hands-on leaders who enjoy being actively involved in the day-to-day operations of a facility, supporting their teams and ensuring exceptional standards of resident care.
The Opportunities

- Two permanent Facility Manager positions across Melbourne
- Established, smaller residential aged care facilities
- Attractive salary package of $140,000 + superannuation
- Additional 20% bonus chance

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operational and clinical management of the facility
- Lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across clinical care, quality and operational performance
- Manage staffing, budgets and overall facility performance




- Build positive relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on resident wellbeing and staff engagement

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse – essential
- Previous management experience within residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, compliance and clinical governance
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
- Sound understanding of budgets, occupancy and operational performance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Currently residing in Melbourne, with the ability to commute to either location
