Clients are located across the Inner West, Sydney CBD, and North West Sydney regions. You must be willing to travel across these areas and hold a current NSW Driver Licence plus your own insured vehicle.

The Role

Join our team to support NDIS participants in the Eastern Suburbs, including Bondi. We are seeking compassionate and reliable High Intensity Support Workers who can provide consistent, person-centred support with a focus on:

- Community access – supporting participants to attend appointments, social activities and community outings.
- Personal care – assisting with daily living activities while maintaining dignity, privacy and independence.
- Medication Administration Training – following individual care plans and medication protocols, with relevant medication training or certification.
- Care plan compliance – following participant-specific support plans and documenting care appropriately.
- Emotional support and companionship – building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing.





You’ll be excellent in this role if you are/have

- A compassionate, empathetic and person-centred approach.
- Experience providing community access and personal care to NDIS participants.
- Relevant medication administration training or a medication competency certificate.
- A current NSW Driver Licence and your own insured vehicle.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid and CPR.
- Reliable availability to work with participants in the Eastern Suburbs, particularly Bondi.

Highly regarded

- Experience supporting participants with high-intensity or complex support needs.
- Confidence following medication administration training, individual care plans and incident reporting procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the care team.
