We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our growing District Nursing Service. This is an prospect to provide high-quality nursing care in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, supporting our community to remain healthy, anjd living independently and safely in their own homes. As a District Nurse, you will work autonomously while being supported by an experienced team. You will manage a diverse caseload across a range of community programs, delivering person-centred care to clients. Is district nursing not the right role for you? About the Role The District Nurse provides comprehensive clinical nursing care within clients' homes and community settings. Working across programs including CHSP, HACC-PYP, DVA, Transitional Care Program (TCP) and Support at Home, you will play a key role in promoting health, wellbeing and independence.
