Bring your testing expertise to a role where you’ll shape test approaches, work closely with business and technical stakeholders, and help ensure releases are ready for production.

We’re seeking an experienced System Testing Engineer to lead end-to-end testing, quality assurance, release readiness and test governance across various projects, enhancements and production releases. This role combines hands-on testing with planning, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

- Shape test strategy and planning: Develop test strategies, management plans and schedules, defining scope, objectives, resources, governance and readiness criteria.
- Build comprehensive test coverage: Review business, functional and technical requirements; develop test scenarios, cases, scripts and data; and maintain requirements traceability to address business and technical risks.
- Execute testing: Perform functional, system, integration, end-to-end and regression testing, including configuration and business process validation.
- Coordinate UAT: Plan activities, support business stakeholders, facilitate defect resolution and business sign-off, and deliver UAT reporting and closure documentation.
- Manage defects through resolution: Register and classify defects, lead triage, validate fixes, re-test solutions, escalate critical issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Support successful releases: Contribute to release planning, assess readiness,



provide go-live support and complete post-deployment verification.
- Maintain reporting and governance: Produce weekly and monthly status reports, maintain quality metrics and risk registers, report to governance and steering committees, and support stage-gate reviews.
- Improve testing capability: Assess automation opportunities, develop reusable automated test assets, and recommend improvements to testing frameworks, methodologies and processes.

Your key outputs will include test strategies and plans, schedules, traceability matrices, test cases and scripts, defect registers, UAT documentation, release readiness assessments, production verification reports, automation assessments, continuous improvement registers, and final handover and closure reports.

What you’ll bring

- Must have 5 years’ experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems.
- Experience with workflow or business process management platforms.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Desirable: ISTQB certification.
