About the Role

Join our team this festive season as a Christmas Casual Customer Service Officer at the Customer Service Desk at Sunshine Plaza.

As the friendly face of the centre, you'll be the first point of contact for shoppers and visitors, helping create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service to shoppers, retailers, and visitors.
- Respond to enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Provide centre information, directions, and details on current promotions and events.




- Assist with lost property and lost child procedures in accordance with centre policies.
- Process gift card sales and other customer service transactions.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming Customer Service Desk.
- Support centre initiatives and seasonal activities during the Christmas trading period.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence using computer systems and handling transactions.
- A reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or front-facing experience is highly regarded but not essential.
