Agri Labour Australia is seeking motivated and reliable Mango Pickers to join a busy commercial mango harvesting operation in Katherine, Northern Territory. Working in a fast-paced outdoor agricultural environment, you will play an important role in harvesting quality mangoes while maintaining safe and efficient work practices.

Key Responsibilities
As a Mango Picker, you will help ensure mangoes are harvested carefully and efficiently to meet quality standards. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a physically active outdoor environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Harvesting mangoes according to established maturity and quality standards.
- Identifying fruit ready for picking based on size, colour and ripeness.
- Handling mangoes carefully to prevent bruising, dropping or damage.
- Working efficiently to meet daily harvesting targets.
- Following safe manual handling practices and workplace procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Supporting team members and following supervisor instructions.
Perks
- $32.18 per hour base rate, with applicable penalty rates and overtime.
- 1-2 months of seasonal employment in the mango harvesting industry.
- Approximately 40 hours per week, with shifts generally between 5:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Your Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Previous mango picking, fruit harvesting or commercial orchard experience (desirable but not essential).
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Confidence working outdoors in hot and humid Northern Territory conditions.
- Strong attention to detail when identifying and handling harvest-ready fruit.
- A reliable work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety requirements.
- A current driver's licence (preferred but not essential).
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including high-visibility clothing and steel-capped footwear.
