Position: Labourer - Parks Maintenance
Location: Paget Depot, Mackay
Pay Rate: $37.32/hr + Super
Duration: 9 November 2026 - 31 December 2026 (with potential extension)
Hours: Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Parks Maintenance team, you'll help maintain and improve local parks, roadside areas, and public spaces. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

✅ What We're Looking For

You should have experience or skills in:

- Operating small ride-on equipment and light mechanical plant
- Truck driving
- Manual handling and outdoor labouring work
- Working effectively within a team environment
- Internal and external communication
- Oral and written communication skills




- Sound knowledge of road and drainage construction and maintenance procedures

Required Documents

To be considered, please provide:

- Two recent written references
- White Card
- Current Class C Driver's Licence (including expiry date)
