Little Istanbul is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Greenway, ACT.

We are a well-established restaurant known for authentic Turkish cuisine and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

- Organising and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure productive, high-quality dining and catering services in line with business objectives.
- Planning and developing menus in consultation with kitchen staff, ensuring the menu reflects the restaurant's Turkish and halal cuisine and pizzeria offerings while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Managing food and beverage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels and ensuring compliance with halal requirements.
- Recruiting, training,



scheduling and supervising front-of-house and kitchen staff, including performance management and staff development.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements under ACT legislation.
- Handling customer enquiries, complaints and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Managing financial operations, including cash handling, POS systems, daily reconciliations, budgeting and financial reporting to the business owner.
- Planning and organising special functions, catering events and promotional activities to attract customers and increase business revenue.
