Key Responsibilities

As an Advertising Specialist at Infusion121 Pty Ltd, you will devise and coordinate advertising campaigns that encourage consumers to purchase our clients’ goods and services, from campaign planning and strategy through to production, media placement, performance monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities include:

- Planning, developing and organising advertising campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube), programmatic and display channels to support clients’ sales and lead-generation objectives.
- Advising clients and the Company’s executive on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, create consumer awareness and effectively promote the attributes of their goods and services.
- Developing campaign concepts, key messages and creative briefs, and coordinating the production of advertising material, including artwork, copywriting, video and landing pages, within time and budget constraints.
- Selecting advertising channels and managing media placement, including audience targeting, keyword and bidding strategies, placements and the allocation of advertising budgets across client accounts.
- Researching target audiences, competitor advertising and market characteristics to inform campaign targeting, messaging and offers.
- Monitoring campaign performance against agreed objectives, such as cost per click, cost per lead, conversion rate and return on advertising spend, and optimising targeting, creative and budget allocation, including through A/B testing.
- Analysing data from digital advertising platforms and analytics tools, and preparing regular performance reports, insights and recommendations for clients.
- Monitoring advertising spend and pacing,



and ensuring campaigns comply with advertising platform policies and applicable advertising standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- A bachelor degree or higher qualification in marketing, advertising, communications, business or a related field; or
- At least five years of relevant experience, which may substitute for the formal qualification listed above.
- At least one years of experience planning, launching and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
- Sound working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms, including audience targeting, bidding and budget management.
- Experience with campaign tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Ability to develop clear campaign concepts, messaging and creative briefs, and to coordinate designers, copywriters and developers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign data into clear recommendations for clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.

This is a full time position with an annual salary of AUD $79,500–$85,000 plus superannuation.
