House Of Fras is a Modern Australian Restaurant situated in Sassafras on Mt Dandenong and we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team.
You'll be working with an experienced, hands on Head Chef supported by a small, strong kitchen team. The ideal candidate must be capable of working unsupervised when required, communicate clearly and have outstanding attention to detail. You'll need to be comfortable cooking over live fire or willing to learn.
In return, we can offer:
Salary of $75,000pa plus Super
Aproximately 40 Hours Per Week
A Night Off & Late Starts for Great Work Life Balance
2 Set Days Off
